In this project I had to remove a bath and replace the flooring under it as the bath has been leaking for a long time, then I fitted a wet room tray;a wet-room tray has the falls to the gully built in so when you tile you do not get any puddles then the room is tanked, this is a waterproof membrane to keep water with in the wet area then I installed under floor heating to give the floor a nice warm fill to walk on then you tile the room and fit a glass panel this help keep the water with in the wet area so that the W/C and basin from getting wet, I fitted the radiator on the wall with the pipes hidden in the wall for discretion.
