When I started there was a lot of pipe work under it so I chased the pipes into the wall for the water and heating, Then the walls had tiles on it, they were put up with a sand and cement render so I plaster boarded over them as it would do to much damage removing them; I.E damaging the brickwork behind and fully tiled the wall with white tile and put up a heated towel radiator and a basin in the corner and a shower in the other corner with a shower seat and grab rails as the customer is unsteady on there feet And put lino on the floor with free standing units.
